The AHA’s Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED course trains participants to provide first aid, CPR, and use an automated external defibrillator (AED) in a safe, timely, and effective manner. Reflects science and education from the American Heart Association Guidelines Update for CPR and Emergency Cardiovascular Care (ECC). Who should take this course? The AHA’s Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED Course is designed for anyone with little or no medical training who needs a course completion card for their job, regulatory (e.g., OSHA), or other requirements, o anyone who wants to be prepared for an emergency in any setting.
Pediatric First Aid with CPR and AED (EMSA Childcare)
The Heartsaver® Pediatric First Aid CPR AED Online Part 1 Course is designed to meet the training needs of child care providers in almost all U.S states while also being a comprehensive resource for parents, grandparents, teachers, babysitters or anyone responsible for the safety of children. Combining online and hands-on skill components, this one-stop-shop course teaches child care providers and parents critical first aid skills, ranging from how to create a safe environment to preventing injuries in the first place, to lifesaving CPR.
